Speziato Penne alla Vodka Recipe

Speziato Penne alla Vodka

Ingredients:

  • 16 Ounces Box of Penne Pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Ounces of Pancetta (Diced)
  • 24 Ounces Jar of your favorite The Angry Italian Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese (Finely Grated)
  • ½ Cup Peas (Optional)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. Using a non-stick skillet, melt the butter and brown the pancetta on medium heat.
  3. Once your pancetta is browned, add The Angry Italian Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce and peas (optional) and bring to a simmer.
  4. While the sauce is simmering, add the penne pasta to the boiling salted water.
  5. Cook the penne pasta according to the directions on the box.
  6. When the penne pasta has finished cooking, drain and add to the Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce and toss to coat well.
  7. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
