Speziato Penne alla Vodka Recipe

Ingredients:
- 16 Ounces Box of Penne Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 Ounces of Pancetta (Diced)
- 24 Ounces Jar of your favorite The Angry Italian Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese (Finely Grated)
- ½ Cup Peas (Optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
- Using a non-stick skillet, melt the butter and brown the pancetta on medium heat.
- Once your pancetta is browned, add The Angry Italian Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce and peas (optional) and bring to a simmer.
- While the sauce is simmering, add the penne pasta to the boiling salted water.
- Cook the penne pasta according to the directions on the box.
- When the penne pasta has finished cooking, drain and add to the Spicy Creamy Vodka Sauce and toss to coat well.
- Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
