Spicy Sausage and Pepper Hogie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 10 Italian Sausage Links
- 1 Green Pepper (Sliced)
- 1 Red Pepper (Sliced)
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 24 Ounces Jar of The Angry Italian Spicy Marinara Sauce
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 10 Sandwich Rolls
Cooking Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and cooked through (about 15-20 minutes).
- Add remaining ingredients, stir and then cover. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until peppers are tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
- Serve on Hogie rolls and enjoy!
